That’s why we took the HUMMER EV electric pickup truck to northern Michigan, just outside Sault Ste. Marie, to begin our Supertruck Testing Tour with Extreme Winter Testing. We put the world’s first all-electric supertruck test vehicle up against some of the fiercest forces of nature—like running it through winding, deep, snow-covered trails to challenge its traction control; testing limits of its underbody armor in subzero conditions; and stress-testing its off-pavement frozen surface dynamics. The result? Well, we warned winter it was coming.
