Being the world’s first all-electric supertruck means never standing still. Never resting on its revolutionary laurels.

Thanks to the upcoming Vehicle Software Update, the GMC HUMMER EV Edition 1 Pickup will add to its revolutionary powers.

This update includes the addition of the eagerly anticipated—and first-of-its-kind—available Extract Mode,* and available Super Cruise* driver-assistance technology adds hands-free trailering to its other hands-free talents. Learn more about these features and how this next chapter of the supertruck revolution will enable even greater adventures.

EXTRACT MODE

Find yourself in a tough spot? Need extra ground clearance? The supertruck rises to the challenge. Literally. Initiate available Extract Mode,* and HUMMER EV Pickup uses its available Adaptive Air Ride Suspension to rise nearly 6" above normal height to surmount obstacles—like traversing boulders or standing water.* Suddenly making obstacles almost obsolete.

SUPER CRUISE WITH TRAILERING

Available Super Cruise* is the first true hands-free driver-assistance technology. It makes it possible to drive, change lanes and soon, tow your trailer hands-free on more miles of compatible roads than any other hands-free driving technology. With the supertruck’s trailering system activated, Super Cruise recognizes the compatible trailer and automatically lengthens the gap with the vehicle ahead in traffic—giving you extra stopping distance if necessary. So now, the convenience of hands-free driving continues even while pulling a trailer*.
