  • Platinum Protection provides coverage for up to 8 years or 100,000 miles, on up to 1,500 parts†

  • Coverage includes diagnostics and fluid replacement in conjunction with a covered repair
  • For covered services, return to your GMC dealer who knows your EV best

Additional Benefits
  • Choose $0, $100, $100 disappearing, or $250 deductible
  • 24-hour roadside assistance with enhanced roadside benefits including flat tire and towing assistance, up to $200 per occurrence
  • Rental car coverage up to $50 a day (max. 10 days)
  • Reimbursement† up to $200 a day for covered breakdowns 100 miles or more from home

TIRE PRESSURE MONITORING SYSTEM 

The plan will cover replacement costs for the Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) if damaged by a covered road hazard. 

Battery service

Attempting to start a vehicle with a booster battery.

Delivery service

Delivery of emergency supplies and other accessories and supplies as may be required and available. (Delivered materials to be paid by you.)

Mechanical first aid

Any service requiring a minor adjustment (exclusive of parts) to enable your disabled vehicle to proceed under its own power.

Locksmith service

If keys are locked inside your vehicle, a locksmith will be dispatched to assist you in gaining entry to your locked vehicle.

Exclusions†
  • Mechanical breakdowns covered by the vehicle manufacturer’s warranty
  • Mechanical breakdowns caused by collision, vandalism, or weather-related conditions
  • Mechanical breakdowns caused by lack of recommended maintenance or pre-existing conditions
  • Repairs made without prior authorization
  • Dry rot
  • Racing tires
  • Cosmetic damage (unless Tire and Wheel Protection Plus is purchased)
